I am a different kind of house sitter.  I interview homeowner, get to know the house, the fuse boxes, water cut-offs, heat pump, different heating/cooling sectors of house.  I need to know the names and phone numbers of people who service the house, i.e. Electrician, Plumber, Contractor, HIVAC company, Oil and Propane Gas companies, the Veterinarian, names and phone numbers  of contact people, i.e., children, neighbors. 

After I have interviewed the home owner I transcribe my notes, and email them back to the client for corrections, additions/deletions.  IF so, they email me with the changes, and I take that information with me when I go on the job.
