When I sit down with
the pet owner, I go over all feeding requirements, exercise needs,
medicines, wake-up and sleeping times, updating of shots and
licenses, etc.

After I have interviewed the pet owner I transcribe my notes, and email
them back to the client for corrections, additions/deletions.
IF so, they email me with the changes, and I take that
information with me when I go on the job.

I arrive with treats,
vet-provided emergency kit, educational materials and enthusiasm.

2 dogs, 2 pet birds, 2 indoor cats, 3 outside cats
and a lake full of trout that had to be fed daily. The dogs and I walked up
a mountain twice a day.

5 cats, 4 dogs, 12 outside bird feeders, a
leaking fish pond that had to be refilled daily in DECEMBER with hoses that
froze

5 dogs: A Samoyed, 3 Rescue dogs and a Shih Tzu
-
130 lb. Newfoundland and a Welsh Corgi, both of which
I walked twice daily through 3 pastures of 50 alpacas and 3 Nubian Goats.

2 Bichon Frises that lived
in 2 different houses in the neighborhood. I slept in one and alternated
during the day between the two houses, one of which also had a cat. Each dog
had to be walked 3 times a day.

Boxer, Labrador and an
elderly Irish Setter, during a snow storm, requiring a 40 foot path to be
cleared so the dogs could get out of the house.

Dogs cared for include:
Australian Cattle Dog, Australian Shepherd, Bichon Frise, Border Collie,
Boxer/Pit Bull mix, Brittany Spaniel, Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Corgi,
Dalmatian, Havanese, German Shepherd, Irish Setter, Jack Russell, Miniature
Schnauzer, Newfoundland, Pomeranian, Pug, Samoyed, Scottish Terrier, Shih
Tzu, Siberian Husky , Standard Poodle, Rottweiler, Weimaraner, Welsh
